Transit Time
Estimated transit time after processing is 8-14 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is therefore:
- Standard products: 1-3 business days processing + 8-14 business days transit
- Personalized products: 3-5 business days processing + 8-14 business days transit

Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

- Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, including for change of mind.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary eligible returns.
- Personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind.
- Personalized products may be eligible for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged.
- Personalized products may be eligible for a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
- Eligible non-personalized products may receive a replacement or refund for confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders, as applicable.
- Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at:
After the 2-hour cancellation period, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has entered processing or production.
Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or modified once personalization or production has started.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
