There are no additional shipping charges for U.S. customers.
Processing Times
Standard Items
• Processed within 1–3 business days
Customized / Personalized Items
• Processed within 3–5 business days for crafting and quality checks
• Once production begins, personalized items cannot be cancelled or modified
Please note that processing times do not include shipping time.
Orders may experience slight delays during high-volume periods or if address/payment verification is required. If action is needed, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Issues
Late Delivery
If your order is delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us.
A package is considered lost only if the courier officially declares it lost.
Lost Package (15+ Business Days After Dispatch)
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@momentagifts.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered)
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact your local post office
If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
After this window:
• Orders may already be in processing
• Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled
If your order has shipped, you must follow the return policy instead.
Returns, Damages & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo or video evidence for a replacement or refund.
Other Items
Items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Full-price items are eligible for refund.
Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Do not send returns to the sender address. Our return facility is different, and unauthorized returns will not be processed.
