1. I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping times vary based on your location — most are listed on each product page.
If no shipping time is specified, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.

Tracking Numbers: You will receive your tracking number 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. If you don’t have one after 7 business days, please email us at info@trynaturesdrop.com.

2. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location and will be listed on the product page where possible.
If not stated, please expect 2–4 weeks for delivery after shipment.

3. Can I cancel my order?

We generally cannot offer modifications, store credit, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in very specific cases.

If you wish to cancel before your order ships, email us at info@trynaturesdrop.com within 8 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. I’m not happy with my order. Can it be returned? What if there’s an issue?

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back at your own expense.

• Include your name and order number with your return.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your full purchase amount.

Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before a refund is issued.

5. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you provided an incorrect shipping address:

• Reply to your order confirmation email immediately.

• Email info@trynaturesdrop.com within 8 hours of placing your order to update your address.

• We cannot issue refunds for incorrect addresses provided after this time frame.
